Animal Health Diagnostic Center - Account Access
In an effort to provide our authorized Veterinarians, Clinicians, and Animal Clinic/Hospital
clients with the best service possible, the laboratory provides online access to accounts and test results.
Clients interested in registering for this service can do so by submitting an electronic request form.
Upon submitting the registration, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging the request.
Once the request is verified and the web account created, you will receive a second e-mail,
with your logon information.

Clients using our new site for the first time: If you are a returning client, please use your previous username and password. You will be prompted to edit your information including an email address which will be your new user name to log in with.
